Brendan is very nice and good at his job. Place is always clean and good to know that my things are safe and secure.

Staff were very helpful and kind to my requirements.Unfortunately as demand for storage got harder to find, the price of my 1.5x1.5m unit went from $110/mth to $125/mth, i move all of my belongings to a cheaper place for $110/mth for a 1.5x2.0m unit.

I had a great experience with Storage King at Cockburn Central. The process was easy and enjoyable. Would highly recommend this facility and will be using again if needed in the future.

Had about $2000 worth of furniture damaged from mould due to a leaking roof which they have known about.Fine print in their insurance policy means they're not liable for that sort of damage so I wasn't covered and had to replace everything myself.When I complained about paying expensive storage fees for a leaking unit they gave me 50% off for one month which was $150.Would not recommend.1 out of 5 stars.

Couldn’t believe it when we showed up at our reservation perfectly on time on our organised date (months in advance) with the manager/boss Craig to be told that he had DOUBLE BOOKED our spot and that they had NOTHING available? Not even at another facility nearby?! Late on a Saturday afternoon with little to no options left, National Storage Belmont left us stranded in the middle of Perth with a flight out of the country early the next morning. Honestly can’t understand how something so simple could be handled so unprofessionally and unapologetically. A little heads up would have been nice as we travelled far to be here on time as organised MONTHS in advance. Thank god for Catts Self Storage nearby, handled their service perfectly and professionally, I would highly recommend going there FIRST. We will never come back to Nationals storeage again after such a terrible experience.

Absolutely disgusting customer service with very mislead information!!! We asked for a lower level storage unit and we preferred a roller door hence the lower level storage that we got told we were getting. Paid 29/12/21 and Packed the car up with boxes 30/12/21 went into the storage place and couldn’t find the number, enquired into where it was, the unit we were give was “INSIDE” all the way down the back of the shed with a single door to get everything through!!! They forgot to mention internal was actually inside the shed and not what we wanted the roller door. We didn’t even step foot inside this unit & asked for a refund as it definitely was no good for us at all with big furniture to get through a single door and hallway!!! They wouldn’t refund the money at all and got told to go to Wangara storage that were charging $200 extra a month and thought we would be okay with that!! No other options given. $200 more expensive and more travel for storage!! Told them our circumstances that we are having to use storage us our landlord is selling and we cannot find a rental in this hectic crazy market and because they mislead/miscommunication because we didn’t know the terms they used as internal was INSIDE which was different to our internal of the property that it was all our fault and got told we should of known! We have never ever used storage before! One tiny mislead/genuine mostake on both ends and we loose out on $400+ and having to go spend another $470 somewhere else! We didn’t even receive a map that she promised us to be able to pick a unit that we wanted so we where just given the one they choose for us! If she has sent us the map we would of definitely said no to the unit (another fault of theirs) that now we loose out. The had no remorse whatsoever and was definitely all about the money. Would never ever recommend this storage company to anyone!! Very low what they have done to a family.

The Fort Knox team moved his last week. From the pre-move visits by Alex and the leader of the move team, Mike, they paid great attention to detail and, most important, took great care of our belongings. It was a complicated move, with us moving out most of our boxes and furniture on a Monday and Tuesday, and a van coming to take the balance of our possessions (mostly our more fragile items) early on Thursday morning. The first truck arrived to unload at the new house on Thursday morning, and everything was finished by noon on Friday. You meet a lot of people who just do their job for the money, and go through the motions; that couldn't have been further from the truth with Mike's team. He, Michelle, Tim and Dylan complemented each other perfectly. They were friendly and cheerful throughout, and showed the greatest respect for both the loads they were moving, and the floors and walls of both properties. Furniture that had to be disassembled at the first house was put back together effortlessly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I recommend them very highly.

Storage King Canning Vale are amazing. There price is spot on, the units are very clean and the property is very secure. Linda is absolutely wonderful and couldn't do more to help, nothing is a problem. They even have a truck that can be booked for moving and it's a complimentary service. Storage King can claim to be the kings of storage, they are simply brilliant. Thank you Linda for making our storage needs such a breeze. 5 star service all the way!

I have been really happy with the service and product from Guardsman Australia. The office ladies were great to deal with and the technician who cleaned our couch was lovely and did a fabulous job thanks.
